We offer flexible cancellation policies: you can cancel free of charge within 30 days of arrival; Online booking with deposit or by request with credit card as guarantee. Check-in must be done by 12 noon.

Check-out must be by 10 a.m.
There is no tourist tax.
Final cleaning is included in the price.
Additional room cleaning, if requested, will cost € 15.00.
Port/accommodation transfer is free for weekly stays. On request € 7.00 each way.
We do not accept minors unaccompanied by adults.
Mandatory deposit of € 200 for minors under 25 years of age (amount returned before departure if there is no damage to the accommodation)
